Hi, I feel I this needs to be said, and it's probably long overdue: Just let me be happy. My phone, my choice. These forums are a place to escape and talk about an interest we all share: Mobile technology. We don't always agree, which is fine and good. Its a great thing to hear others opinions and thoughts on how things compare. How one companies ideas can be used to improve on another and vise versa. But lately, we aren't seeing as many articles about that. Instead, we see articles that pretend to be about discussion, yet are aimed at divisiveness. Or, someone posts an article about a genuine topic, but trolls come along and instantly derail it with nonsense that causes the thread to spiral out of control; or worse, become completely off topic. There was a brief time when many of us thought that we would need to leave The Verge Forums, because those in charge we're killing it. Turns out, they weren't. They were making some improvements they felt we're better for us all. But the forums still need to improvement amongst those of us who come here. Everyone needs to make better use of 1 or 2 choices: 1. When a topic looks as though its troll bait; don't bite. Or... 2. Flag it and move along. Same applies to comments. The only way things will improve is if we help the moderators. To be clear though, just because you don't agree with someone's opinion, does not make it trolling. This is where you'll need to use a bit of discernment. Remember, obvious trolls are obvious. For More You Can Check: Overview Video Cost
